Field Milling Services
In most alignment situations the pump remains stationary because of piping makeup restraints and therefore most alignment is done at the driver (motor or turbine). Over time Pump/Motor Skid bases may begin to settle in various directions affecting geometric plane. Northwest Industries of Montana, Inc., has On-site machining services to recondition Pump/Motor Skid sole plates to a common plane. Our unique milling process mills all four sole plates in one setup.
Flange gasket faces are critical for protection against petroleum spills. We have Flange Facing tools to resurface damaged gasket faces from small to large sizes.
